So we changed our plans for the weekend and stayed in
Bangkok. We still had a list of things we wanted to see and with the threat of
all the floods we decided it would have to be sooner rather than later. I am
glad we did because things we saw on Saturday are under water today! We took a
river boat to all the historical monuments like the Grand Palace. On Sunday we went
to the Bangkok International Ward. It was nice to hear things in English. Great
weekend! Next weekend we are headed North.
I felt more like taking the pictures than being in the
pictures ....

Lindsay! Oh my gosh! This is freaking amazing! I'm so happy your blogging about your adventures because it makes me not miss you as much. If I didn't love you guys so much, I would be SO WICKED jealous, but I'm just happy for you that you're having such a cool adventure. I wish I could come visit you!

I have some urgent questions for you regarding the floods and what it's like over there right now... my sister has a trip planned and US has an advisory to not travel there right now, but she will lose tuns of money if she doesn't, so she needs to know how bad it really is.
