Stinky Leg

3rd grade "Dream Team"



Today was the last day of summer school. We celebrated with with a little "Stinky Leg". I didn't even know what this was until I turned on the music and all my kids went crazy.

If you thought by the title of this post that I was going to give you some life advice.. you are wrong! I just had a run in with Dr. Phil in time square! He had a mob surrounding him but I managed to squeezes my way in to get a picture. P.S. He was wearing soooooooo much make-up that it go on my shirt.Groooossss!

He's on one....

This post is probably going to jinx me from ever winning anything again but.... it's all for the blog! :) Some Broadway shows have what are called lotteries. A couple hours before the show you can put your name into a lottery to win front row tickets to their show. You can never count on this because hundreds of people usually show up for these and only 10 names get pulled. Well Robert has now officially won the lottery 3 times in a row (I did once). We have now won front row tickets to Wicked for Taren, Josh, Steph, Ryan, and ourselves. And this weekend we saw In the Heights. We can't figure out what is going on... is it some kind of joke?

Portwoods ROCK out in NYC!

I never imagined having so many visitors when we moved to NYC. I absolutely love it. I would like to think everyone is coming just to visit us but lets be honest... it's because we live in the coolest city ever!
We loved, loved, loved, having Robert's sister and brother in-law out for a the weekend. They are such a fun and beautiful couple.
