January 2015

After spending a wonderful quiet Christmas in St. Louis we jumped on a plane to Utah to spend New Years with our crazy and fun families! The night we arrived we opened presents and ate a delicious dinner. To say Mimi spoiled my kids would be putting it lightly. She bought my kids an entire new wardrobe!

There was definatly a theme to all of William's gifts. Mimi wants him to be a big sports star!
Bowling with the Staples' crew. Its is so much fun to see the girls interact.

My parents gave us their courtside tickets to the Jazz game and watched our kids!!!!! It was so much fun and a much needed break.
William's blessing day was so special. My parents decorated their club house beautifully. I had no idea my mom was putting so much work into it. We feel so blessed to have so many amazing people in our life. William screamed through the entire thing... but the few things I did hear were really sweet. Robert blessed that Annie and William will be good friends and that made me so happy!
After we got back to St. Louis Annie started dance and gymnastics classes. William continued to grow and I enjoyed being a mom!
I love the cuddly newborn stage SO MUCH. I know I am going to miss it so much some day.
Celebrating my friend Adelaide's birthday. She is one of my best friends and has become like a sister. She could be one of the most giving caring people I know.
January had so many warm days. It was a wonderful change from last year!
I took Annie to Sesame Street live down town. It was exhausting taking two kids but Annie's smile made it worth it!

We spend a day in Alton which is the largest bald eagle nesting growns in the winter. We went hiking and at the top we saw them soaring all around. It was inspiring!
I never get sick of this little boys cuddles.
William and his sweetheart. 3 weeks apart!
Holden's birthday party!
It was a wonderful January! I absolutely love watching these kids grow!

Cheers!

December 2014

A wonderful month celebrating the Christmas season. It was so fun to see Annie experience it all. She really got into the whole giving and getting gifts things. We took goodies to everyone including the mail lady. She asked lots of questions about the story of baby Jesus. We had hours of cuddle time with little William. He is a sweetie! His smile melts my heart.

Our BFFs moved this month. It was sad but it wasn't goodbye. Dayna has become like a sister and has been such a blessing in my life!
Annie is going through a monster phase.... so this is her monster smile!
WUMCHA Christmas party!

Lots of Christmas parties with friends... I have been so blessed with the greatest friends alive! I don't know what I would do without them!
Giving the mail lady her gift!
It was our first Christmas on our own. I was a little nervous that I would be sad but it ended up being very special. Christmas eve we spent with the four of us eating, watching the nativity and opening our "St. Louis" pajamas.
Chatting with family!
Christmas day was warm and beautiful. We opened presents and had the Portwoods over for breakfast. Then we headed over to Courtney's house where we had a wonderful Christmas dinner with friends.
.......AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT!
2014 was a wonderful year of pregnancy, residency, exploring St. Louis, traveling, new baby, spending time with friends and family. We have truly been blessed with a great life. Cheers to saying goodbye the good memories of 2014 and on to an exciting 2015!
